Standard delivery Get it in 3-5 working days

Orders over Rs. 20,000/- to any destination in Sri Lanka.

FREE

Orders below Rs. 20,000/- may charged at Rs.400/- for 1st KG & Additional Rs.150 From 2nd Kg.

All Deliveries in Negombo will be at a flat rate

Next day delivery Get it next day, 7 days a week

Next day delivery or specific day delivery is available only in certain areas such as Colombo, Wattala, Kandana, Ja-Ela, Seeduwa, Katunayake, Negombo, Kochchikade & Wennappuwa.

Additional charges to the standard delivery charges may apply for Next day or Specific day deliveries. you may need to contact ourselves to know the delivery charges.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is in it's original condition you can request for a return within 7days of its purchase date.

  • Return conditions
The item must be unused, unopened & also must be in its original condition with accessories included.
 
  • Return Process
1. Once you meet with the above "return condition" 
 
2. Pack the item safely to initiate the return.
 
3. Contact the OnlineMart.lk customer service via Whats App or a direct call.
 
4. Send the item via a courier company to OnlineMart.lk
 
5. we will go though a quality check based on our return policy terms & conditions.
 
6. If return approved we will contact you to proceed with the refund.
 
7. If return does not meet our policy we may return back the items to you. 
 
 
 
 

 

The Refund Process:

  • Once we received the item for the return, the process may take 3-5 Working days to initiate a return.
  • Courier Charges incurred during the return process will be borne by the customer itself. 
  • Once the return approved,  The money for the return goods will be transferred online to the relevant customer's bank account.

login to your account, under the orders tab you could see the recent update based on the order.

If not please contact ourselves via Whats App so that we could update you as possible.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Next day delivery & specific day deliveries do deliver during any holidays.

Other standard delivery will be delivered within 3-5 working days, Monday to Saturday.

Deliveries will be excluded on Sunday, Public & All Mercantile holidays.      

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Based on Sri Lankan delivery system, we may need specific delivery address such as

  1. House or Flat Number.
  2. Street Name.
  3. Apartment or building Name.
  4. Landmark (If Available)
  5. Any other additional info related to delivery. 
Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next day delivery is available on all orders but, you need to contact ourselves before placing the order for a confirmation.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

It may depend based on the courier company, most of the time you may have to sign the delivery note or someone on behalf of you may sign to collect the order.
